Sophos Anti-Virus
1— Download Zipped IDE update.
2— Save into a folder or on your desktop.
3— Double-click on the file to unzip it (if you do not have an unzip utility

4— Unzip all files into the Sophos folder, which is by default a folder that
4— is in a location similar to this :
'C:\Program Files\Sophos SWEEP'
5— Reboot your PC. On restart Sophos Anti-Virus will detect the updates.
